Booking your holiday:
a) Your contract for your holiday is established with Elite Travel & Tourism (“the Company”), registered in Qatar, and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
b) All communications regarding your holiday by the company will be sent to the address provided on the booking form.
c) Bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the company. Upon booking, the Company’s booking form must be completed and submitted with a deposit of 50% of the total cost.
d) The receipt of the deposit and booking form does not confirm the booking. A confirmation will be issued in writing by the company. The company reserves the right to refuse bookings and will return any deposit received in such cases.
e) Full payment for the holiday must be made at least 30 days before departure. Failure to pay by the due date may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
f) Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking. g) Special requests, including dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form. h) The company will provide the services as confirmed in writing.
Price Policy:
a) The company is not obligated to provide a breakdown of holiday costs. b) The Company may notify you of any price increases before accepting your booking.
c) After issuing a Confirmation Invoice, the holiday price may be subject to surcharges in limited circumstances. The Company will absorb an amount equal to 2% of the holiday price before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts exceeding 2% will be surcharged, and you may cancel your booking if the surcharge increases the total holiday price by 10% or more within 14 days of receiving the revised invoice.
d) Optionally, full payment at the time of booking fixes the holiday price. To qualify, return the Confirmation Invoice with full payment within 7 days. e) The Company cannot reduce holiday prices if the Qatari Riyal strengthens.
Cancellation and Changes by the Company:
a) The Company reserves the right to make changes to your holiday, with notification provided promptly. Major changes may entitle you to accept the changes, purchase another holiday, or cancel for compensation.
b) Compensation is not payable for minor changes, while major changes may include cancellation or accommodation downgrades. c) Changes or cancellations due to Force Majeure events are exempt from compensation.
d) The company may cancel your holiday at any time before departure and will refund all payments. Transportation is subject to carrier conditions.
e) Failure to pay the balance 30 days before departure will result in booking cancellation and levy of cancellation charges.
f) The company reserves the right to refuse any person on the tour if their behavior may endanger others’ safety. In such cases, the company’s liability is limited to a refund minus utilized services and administrative fees.
Cancellation and Changes by You:
a) Cancellations must be notified in writing. Charges apply based on the notice period.
Our Responsibilities:
a) The company does not own or manage tour facilities and providers. While care is taken in selecting providers, inspections are not conducted.
b) The company is not liable for death, illness, or injury resulting from third-party acts or unforeseeable events.
c) Illness, injury, or death from non-tour activities are not the Company’s responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
a) Arrange travel insurance and provide proof on the booking form.
b) Ensure passports, visas, and necessary documentation are valid.
c) Timely check-in for flights and take up all components of the holiday.
There are no refunds for missed components. d) Behave responsibly and avoid disrupting others. Termination of holiday for misconduct is possible. e) Disclose pre-existing medical conditions.
f) Personal effects are at your own risk.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in company-operated vehicles.
Accommodations will be non-smoking unless requested otherwise and subject to availability.
Waiver: Clients may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging personal responsibility for safety during the tour.
Disclaimer: The company strives for accurate information but cannot guarantee the absence of errors.
Complaints: a) Report problems immediately for resolution. Failure to notify them may hinder compensation.
b) Disputes will be governed by Qatari law.
Data Protection Act: Personal information may be collected and shared with suppliers as necessary for trip fulfilment.
